Wear two hats at a low-code browser-automation startup. On the solutions side: scope, architect, and build working prototype solutions for enterprise clients, including a $1.3MM deal with one of the world's largest BPOs (largest contract supported to date), engineering the underlying logic so demos translate straight into production, not demo magic.

On the DevRel side: run a community of 1,000+ developers, lead 10+ workshops and livestreams a year, own the Voice of the Developer program (which drove the Pipedream integration), and maintain ~350 pages of docs and tutorials. Ship product features in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python, plus internal AI agents: a support copilot that cut escalations ~50% and time-to-first-response from days to hours, and a Mixpanel insights agent that saves ~1 hr/day.

My own brand for building and teaching. Publish weekly technical content to 2,000+ subscribers, wrote a 300+ page book on Trello workflows, built Trello Power-Ups, and consult with ~5 SMBs a year on automation with Zapier, OpenAI, Airtable, and custom REST integrations. Mentor a community of 100+ developers.

Presented at 50+ Atlassian community events (1–2/month), invited to Team'24 to demo at the Trello booth, wrote 75+ community articles, and posted 2,000+ times with nearly 1,000 answers. Lead monthly sessions with an Atlassian Product Marketer to champion developer and user needs in roadmap planning.

Built features for an internal support portal in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, CSS, and SQL used by ~100 CSMs and reps. Shipped GitHub Actions workflows, designed custom Elastic Site Search solutions for sales enablement, contributed a challenge to the Elastic Advent of Code calendar, and gave a talk at a JavaScript conference on getting more people into development.

Managed an $8M annual paid media budget across all Elastic products. Built Kibana dashboards analyzing developer behavior, partnered with Search product teams on growth, created developer content and tutorials, and built custom Site Search implementations for sales outreach.

Built marketing automation tooling and ran paid social plus multivariate testing that cut acquisition costs 40%. Collaborated with sales, product, and support to iterate on new product lines. Company was acquired during my tenure.
